Do I Qualify?

Income Guidelines are as follows:

The NSP or Neighborhood Stabilization Program is for the City of Fort Myers residents with an adjusted family income that is up to 120% of the area household median income (Approx. $73,000). You must not currently own your own home and your NSP home must be your primary residence.

Applicants must have a debt-to-income ratio of no more than 45% (total debt income ratio). For maximum annual income limits, please look at the chart below. For detailed information, please contact the housing agencies listed above.
