Each group will consist
of 6-8 people at a time.
These groups will become a
sacred circle that provides
a haven that we can discuss
and embrace the real value
of life. Learn from each
other and help one another
achieve our goals. In these
groups we can all heal,
reinvent and reclaim positive feelings that we
once had or never felt
before. It's not just about
working hard and losing
weight. It's about learning
to love ourselves and
others. That is what will
bring permanent change
in your mind, heart, body
and soul.
What you receive
during your 12 week journey:
> 2 - 1 1/2 hr
sessions per week (groups
may requests more or less
sessions)
> 45 min. full body training
per session (cardio,
weights, bag work, etc.)
> 15 min. meditation
per session (each week work
on different ways to
mediate)
> 30 min. group discussion
per session (positive
reinforcement, nutrition,
etc.)
> Every 4 weeks full
body fitness assessment
> 1 full body Reiki
treatment (some time during
12 weeks) Recommend 1 every 4 weeks (additional fee)
You will receive 12 week
workbook and be required to
keep a fitness log, personal
journal and nutrition log.
We begin the journey in
the East, move to the South,
then to the West and
complete in the North.
